So I went with Viscom....

My first day as a graphics student is going well. The theme of the brief I was given is based on 'the state of the nation'. Everyone was given a letter that they work on and develop in aline with the theme, we will design an alphabet. Our letters are to illustrate, not in a literal way, the state of the nation, our interpretation.
And my letter is A,a.

 

Here is my brainstorming on both the theme and words relating to the theme beginning with the letter I was given. So fair I think I could work well with accomplished and acceptance, And I could definitely do alot of interesting bits and fun experiments with either of these words; anarchy, asunder.

 

We were also given a list of different types on fonts from humanist to graphic, from them we had to pick one from each catagory and do up out letter in each.
